General Fair Market Appraisals are $50. This is the most commonly used form of gaining an Appraisal. I will discuss at length the items in question, today's market, & realistic expectations of Fair Market Value - as well as helpful suggestions on the best ways to market & resell those same items.

Provenance & Insurance Appraisals

$85/item up to 3 items. $350 for 4-7 items. $500 for 8-10 items. This option gives your items Provenance (proof of worth) and affixes a dollar figure that can be useful in guaranteeing a future selling price or ensuring recovery funds in the case of an Insurance Claim. Each item receives an in-depth appraisal under Gioia & Co.’s Letterhead & backed by our Auctioneer’s License Certifications.

Basic Household (3bd/1ba) rates start at $450. This is the perfect solution if you have the need to provide your insurance provider with an itemized list containing detailed descriptions & current cost of replacement for your homes appliances & valuables - in case of damage, theft, or natural disaster. And similarly, each item receives an in-depth appraisal of current Fair Market Value + anticipated Auction Value + estimated Cost of Replacement in case of an Insurance Claim.
